DATES IN 2020
Minot Task Force 21
July 15, 2020
Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Sept 22, 2020 Triad Conference "Seeking and Securing National Consensus on Nuclear Deterrence and Modernization" is going virtual. The event will consist of a mix of live web-streamed presentations with Q&A and pre-recorded presentations. Right after the virtual conference we'll make the presentations available "on-demand" via the Minot Chamber of Commerce website.
The conference will offer the same exceptional line-up of speakers as always. Among those confirmed are Senator Kevin Cramer, retired Admiral Richard Mies, the Honorable Drew Walter, and retired Maj. Gen. Bill Chambers. A full list of the planned speakers is below.
This will be the ninth conference on Triad issues that Task Force 21 - Minot has hosted in coordination with Peter Huessy's Congressional Breakfast Seminar Series on Nuclear Deterrence and Missile Defense. They have all been focused on building a consensus to devote sufficient resources to sustaining and modernizing all three legs of our nuclear Triad. Task Force 21 is an activity of the Minot Chamber of Commerce that educates the local community, North Dakota officials, members of Congress and the public on national security issues, particularly ones that affect the U.S. Air Force, and our nuclear deterrent.
Also, the transcripts from the October 8, 2019 Triad conference are on the Minot Chamber of Commerce website, which you can click on this link to view.

We will send out a detailed schedule of presentations and information on registering for the Sept 22 virtual conference soon. In the meantime, please put this on your calendar. (Letter Attached)
