Hotel Reservations: Clarion Hotel, Rate is $119 per night plus tax and includes a Continental breakfast.
Airport Shuttle: The hotel offers a shuttle from Minot International from 0800-1700 daily, call for pickup
Not Staying at the Hotel? - If you are staying in a motor home, another hotel or with friends, or live in the area, you can attend any or all of the events. Complete the reservation form for the events you would like to attend.
Hospitality Suite - Open every day when no other activities are scheduled, with snacks and refreshments and some items from the AAFM store. Registration fee covers hospitality suite operation.
Attire - Casual dress for all events except for the Banquet: Business casual (open collar shirts, coats optional, no jeans)
Special Needs - Let us know of any special diet needs, handicapped access, etc.

Option 2: 0800 – AAFM Golf Tournament at Souris Valley Golf Course: Cost: $60 per person which includes green fees and a cart.

Option 1: 0815-1600 Buses depart for Minot AFB Tour (lunch on base) Cost: $68 (includes bus and lunch)
Option 2: 0900-1600 A Day in Minot – lecture on Scandinavian culture, shopping and optional activities
0900 - Buses depart for The Foundry for lecture, shopping and lunch Cost: $48
1300-1600 Afternoon tour options (costs below are additional to morning bus, lecture, and lunch):
- Option 2a: Gourmet Chef – interactive 1-Hour Dessert class at Gourmet Chef! We'll be celebrating all things sugar with a hands-on tutorial on how to make two favorite desserts, Creme Brulee and Chocolate Torte! Cost: $30 (Limit 20)
- Option 2b: Wine tasting at the Urban Winery: Tasting of 4-6 different wines based on the individual’s flavor profile (sweet or dry). Includes small palate cleansers like chocolate, crackers and pretzels. Cost: $30 (Limit 20)
- Option 2c: Stained glass process at Margie’s Art Glass: Assemble a stained-glass project to take home. Cost: $45
- Option 2d: Visit the Scandinavian Culture Park visit (self-guided)
- Option 2e: Free time downtown Minot

Option 1: 0900-1200 AAFM Membership Meeting with multiple guest speakers
Option 2: 1000 - 1200 Coffee tasting and pairings Cost: $40. (Limit 50) Enjoy a personalized coffee experience with a Certified Coffee Master! During this experience, you will learn about coffee history, growing regions, gain coffee knowledge, and experience coffee and food pairings! You will leave with a new love for the bean and find a coffee that you will love!
