Hotel - Make your hotel reservations directly with the Santa Ynez Valley Marriott. Room rate is $189 except Saturday which is slightly higher. Rate includes parking but does not include breakfast. Last day to book a room is Monday, 23 September 2024 or until our block of rooms is booked. There is no airport shuttle.
Staying elsewhere? - If you are staying in a motor home, other hotel or with friends, or live in the area, you can still attend any or all of the events. Complete the reservation form for the events you would like to attend. Check with the front desk for parking permits.
Hospitality Suite - Open every day when no other activities are scheduled, with snacks and refreshments. Registration fee covers suite operation.
Attire - Casual dress for all events except for the Banquet: business casual (open collar shirts, coats optional, no jeans)
Special Needs - Let us know of any special diet needs, handicapped access, etc.

- Early Bird Special of $35 through August 15, 2024
- $40 after that. Registration closes September 22, 2024

1800 - 2100 Welcome Reception - Hors d'Oeuvres and pay as you go bar, $28 per person.
Thursday, 24 October 2024
0700-0900 Breakfast $22
1230-1530 Buses depart hotel for Fess Parker Winery - $85 for bus, wine tasting and lunch. Limited to 100
1800 - 2100 Dinner at the hotel with pay as you go bar - $48 per person.
Friday, 25 October 2024
0700-0815 Breakfast $22
0830 - 1630 Buses depart hotel for tour of Vandenberg SFB. $70 for bus & lunch per person.
1800 - 2100 Dinner at the hotel with pay as you go bar - $50 per person

0700-0900 Breakfast $22
0730 - 0830 Board of Directors Meeting
0900 - 1100 General Membership Meeting
1200-1330 Lunch - $45 per person.
1200 - 1600 Open time for small group meetings, unit reunions, etc. Contact Jim Warner at Director@AFMissileers.org if you are planning a team meeting.
1800 - 2200 Hall of Fame Dinner with guest speaker and pay as you go bar. $60 per person, choice of steak, chicken, or vegetarian
