Comment:  A coal miner's son takes an interest in rocketry and becomes a NASA engineer is the story of the "October Sky" movie.  Now at Rocket City, WV more is happening and Northrop Grumman is the lead player.  Seeing West Virginia thrive with a Northrop Grumman facility does good for the people of that state.
