    All-Russian Research Institute for Civil Defense and Emergencies (VNII GOCHS) reported that in Russia for the first time the serial production of mobile shelter «KUB-M » began. Production was launched in the city of Dzerzhinsk, Nizhny Novgorod Region, according to a publication on the NII website dated November 18.

    The organization said that shelter «protects people from various threats, including natural disasters and technological incidents ».
